This well established tanning salon was remodeled less than two years ago and has a “spa” feel. Clients love to relax and tan in this oasis. Trained staff provides great customer service and sales. Over 40% of new clients are referrals from existing clients. Demographics are a good mix of high school students, college students, and working adults. About 30% of clients are males. In 2007, sales increased 6% over 2006. Projections are for a 10% increase in 2008, with the first three months of 2008 already 20% over 2007 for the same three months. Management Training and Support: Owner will provide one month of intense training to include tanning business operation, point-of-sale and client database systems, and vendor contacts. Owner will provide additional training support for an additional 11 months on an as-needed basis. This 12-month training and support is in exchange for 12 months of free unlimited tanning.
