Market Outlook and Competition: The most significant advantage the Company has over its competitors is that almost 80% of the contracts awarded to it are through negotiations with customers, and not bidding. This process allows the Company to design the project to meet the budget of its customers without compromising its margin and quality of its work. The competitors, on the other hand, are very dependent on the bid specification market and therefore face a fierce competition from other contractors and thus compromising on their profit margin.
